1. System Inspection / Assessment
Service Charge $85.00 +HST
Pricing based on a Single Furnace Home
This price will be waived if system actually requires cleaning
- Inspection of Supply & Return Ductwork, Access Panels
- Contact Vacuming of all Supply & Return Vents
- Inspection of Furnace, A/C Coil, Filters, Humidifier, etc.
- All work is visually and camera inspected to properly assess system
- Usually takes about about 30 minutes to complete on average
If you do not have a Maintenance Contract with an HVAC company to clean the furnace and A/C Coil, then you should consider having this done with the air ducts to improve system efficiency.
2. Return Air Duct System Cleaning Only
Now Starts At $179.95 +HST Save $20.00
Generally done every 3-5* years
Regular Price Starts at $199.95 + HST
Pricing based on a Single Furnace Home
Service Includes:
- all access panels to main return ductwork & cleaning
- thorough deep brush/agitation cleaning of 2 return vents
- $5.00 per additional return vent above 2 (if any)
- All work is visually and camera inspected to verify cleanliness
- Usually takes about about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete on average
3. Complete Air Duct System Cleaning
Now Starts At $279.95 +HST Save $100.00
Generally done every 12-15* years
Regular Price Starts at $379.95 + HST
Pricing based on a Single Furnace Home
Service Includes:
- all access panels to main supply ductwork & cleaning
- all access panels to main return ductwork & cleaning
- thorough deep brush/agitation cleaning of 15 supply vents
- thorough deep brush/agitation cleaning of 2 return vents
- $8.00 per additional supply vent above 15 (if any)
- $5.00 per additional return vent above 2 (if any)
- All work is visually and camera inspected to verify cleanliness
- Usually takes about about 3-5 hours to complete on average
